#010763: Typo in image.ini comment

Now image.ini has following section:
[rss]
Reference=reference
Filters[]=geometry/scale=88;31

1. Width max 144 according to the RSS 1.0 specification
2. Width max 400 according to the RSS 1.0 specification

2 comments describes max width, but second should define max height.

I propose such comment:

1. According to the RSS 1.0 / RSS 2.0 specification
2. maximum value for width is 144, default value is 88.
3. maximum value for height is 400, default value is 31.
