#010918: Error messages when loading invalid XML

Description:

It would be helpful, if ezcWorkflowDefinitionStorageXml::loadByName() would provide some error messages, if the loaded XML is not well formed. (If you write the workflow definition by hand, it's not that easy to avoid all errors.)
