#011068: ezcWorkflowExecution::isVariableSet()

It would be nice to have such a function to check if the variable exists (e.g. in a service object or whereever). (Perhaps you want to provide a condition node for that as well.) That way I do not have to catch exceptions in my service objects all the time...
