#011448: Base: ezc_bootsrap.php uses relative pathes

While ezc_bootstrap.php checks for it's location (SVN or PEAR), it does not use the absolute path to require base.php, but simply relies on "Base/src/base.php". This does not work when eZ Components are not in the include_path. The code should use direname( FILE ) to allow this, too.
