#012402: DebugRedirection setting documentation: enabling for certain paths

In case DebugRedirection is not enabled or disabled, it is supposed to be a setting array where each item is the start of a path. If the setting array contains a path matching the start of the current path where eZ Publish is redirecting to then debug redirection will be enabled.

I checked this feature in versions marked as "Affected versions" in this issue report.
