#012993: Hierarchical caching does not prune items in the correct situation

Description:

The check in ezcCacheStackReplacementStrategy (both implementations) on if a freeing is neccesary is incorrect. It currently just checks, if the number of items stored in the stack overall exceeds the $itemLimit. This check must happen for a concrete storage instead.
