#013164: Problem with parsing numbered lists

Description:

I tried parsing: docs/guidelines/implementation.txt, but I get the following error:

ezcDocumentParserException: Parse error: Fatal error: 'Unexpected indentation change from level 3 to 0.' in line 852 at position 10. in /home/derick/dev/ezcomponents/trunk/Document/src/interfaces/parser.php on line 64

It seems to bork with the following text (first line is line 848):

To use the new option handling system, you have to
perform the following steps (still using the Foo package example):

1. Create a class called ezcFooBarOptions, which extends the ezcBaseOptions
   class.
2. For each of the options for ezcFooBar create a private property
in the ezcFooBarOptions class, and add the default value.
3. Create validity checks for each of the options in the __set() method
   of the ezcFooBarOptions.

Environment:

Operating System:
PHP Version: (please be specific, like '4.4.3' or '5.1.5')
Database and version:
Browser (and version):

As a workaround: It works, when you add newlines between the list items.
