#013322: Possibility to reference a stylesheet for use with xhtml output of reST documents

Having a way of making the generated xhtml output from reST use a CSS file to style the semantic blocks, to be more visually unique, is a great help for some documents.

Shipping a default stylesheet, which formats the most used markup would be helpful in times where you quickly want to generate a xhtml version of a document, without having to do the ground work yourself.
