#013810: Exception naming in OpenId authintification filter messed up.

Description:

The same exception is thrown for failed connections (line 779 for example), and "failed" header sending (line 745), which just indicates that the script should end there, because a location header has been sent.

The exceptions throw in the filter are the same in the whole file, no matter what type of error occurred. The only option for the application is performing string matching on the exception message to handle this differently / properly.

Environment:

Operating System:
PHP Version: (please be specific, like '4.4.3' or '5.1.5')

I think this should be fixed as well. However, to prevent BC breaks, the new exceptions should inherit the current one that is used inside the OpenID filter. We should check similar issues in the other filters.
