#014296: rssimport.php cronjob script doesn't update imported objects

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an RSS Import
2. run rssimport.php through runcronjobs.php
3. Modify the first item in the RSS feed
4. run rssimport.php another time

The imported content object is not updated.
