#014794: Add an option to parse text attachments as file part instead of text part

Now text attachments are parsed into ezcMailTextPart objects, which can cause problems on servers where the memory is limited.

Fix: Add an option to specify if the text attachments will be saved as ezcMailFile objects instead.
