#014863: ezcPersistentSessionInstance::reset() is not static

ezcPersistentSessionInstance is the singleton/registry class for ezcPersistentSession. It is a purely static class. But the reset() method acts on the object instance instead of the class level. Seems like this is a relict from initial development, which was never detected.
