#016135: Support for persistent-objects inside a namespace

The ezcPersistentCodeManager does not support proper loading of definitions for classes inside a namespace.

Furthermore a lookup for persitent object types should be made in the current local namespace, to avoid the necessity to provide a full-qualified-namespace with every load, query, ... call.
