#016201: Newer Nautlilus versions have problems with authentication

Newer versions of Nautilus (tested with 2.28.1 and gfvs/1.4.1) do not work properly with the Webdav component, if authentication is turned on. In this case, the underlying WebDAV client seems to accept only relative URIs in <href/> XML response elements, but does not accept absolute HTTP URIs.
