#016350: missing uppercase for "Post" in SendRawPostRequest

Search/src/handlers/solr.php#272:

        $cmd =  "Post {$this->location}/{$type}{$queryPart} HTTP/1.1\n";

Post must be POST. Otherwise the newest tomcat returns
HTTP/1.1 501 Not Implemented
