#008532: Digest notifications try to handle removed objects

Suppose you've enabled digest notifications. An object gets published and also gets removed before a digest is sent. Suppose that for the next digest this is the only object that was published, then you will receive a digest e-mail without any useful information. Because the object was deleted, the templates can't fetch it's version ( in design/standard/templates/notification/handler/ezsubtree/view/digest_element_plain.tpl ).
