templates with wrong extension:
design\base\templates\notification\handler\ezcollaboration\view\ezapprove\author.tp
design\standard\templates\collaboration\participation\view\text_linked\usergroup.tp

PHP files with wrong extension:
kernel\classes\packageinstallers\ezinstallscriptpackageinstaller.ph
kernel\classes\packageinstallers\ezcontentobject\ezcontentobjectpackageinstaller.ph

These files have the right extension in svn stable/3.8.
